Privacy Policy

Order data. When you place an order, we process the contact and delivery details you enter (name, address, email, phone number if you provide it) and the order details, to process and deliver your order. The legal basis is performing the contract with you.

Payment data. Payment is handled by our payment provider on its secure payment page. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, but not your card details.

Cart storage. Your cart is stored only locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not sent to a server. You can delete it via your browser settings at any time.

Email communication. If you email us, we process your message and contact details to answer you.

Where permitted for your visit, we use the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms, Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, to measure the effect of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to improve them. When it runs, data about the pages you view, your browser and device, your IP address and a Meta cookie identifier are transmitted to Meta. Product views, cart additions, checkout starts and completed purchases (with order total and USD currency) are reported as events. We do not send names, contact details, card details or health data as event parameters.

In regions that require a prior opt-in, the pixel only runs after you choose “Accept all” in the cookie notice. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time under “Cookie settings”, and you can opt out of advertising measurement at any time via the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer.

Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data, including the right to know what we process, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and — for residents of states with such laws, such as California under the CCPA/CPRA — the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell or share personal information for that purpose while your opt-out is set.

To exercise any right, email privacy@hismile-de.com or use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights — no different prices, quality or service.

You may also use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, or opt out of online advertising via industry tools such as the DAA or NAI opt-out pages.

We keep order data for as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle returns and comply with tax and commercial record-keeping duties, then delete it. Cookie and consent choices are kept until you change or delete them.

The responsible company is based in Australia, and the advertising measurement described above involves providers based in the United States and Ireland. Your data may therefore be processed in other countries. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.

This shop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
