These Terms apply to all orders placed through this website. They do not replace your mandatory statutory consumer rights; where a mandatory consumer protection gives you more rights than these Terms, that protection prevails.

The product pages show the assortment you can order. Submitting your order is an offer to buy the selected products. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email — usually immediately after your payment is confirmed. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is out of stock, we will inform you and refund any payment made.

All prices are shown in US dollars. Depending on where you live, sales tax may be added at checkout. Payment is made by credit card via the secure payment page of our payment provider; card data is entered there and never captured by this website. The purchase is only valid after your payment is confirmed.

We ship within the United States. Shipping costs, delivery times and the countries we ship to are described in our Shipping Policy.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The details are described in our Refund Policy.

Our products are cosmetic oral-care products. They are not medicines and nothing on this website is medical advice. If you have a dental or medical condition, ask your dentist or doctor before use. Results can vary from person to person.

We are liable for intent and gross negligence, and for damages from injury to life, body or health, in full. Otherwise our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is not permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the applicable law of the United States and of your state of residence, including its mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
